Hotel La Casa de Don David

Located on the way to Tikal , La Casa de Don David, a small hotel at the edge of Lake Peten Itza offers comfortable rooms with hot water, and fans to cool off. This is one of the nicest hotels in El Remate, the hotels is in front of the Crossroads to Tikal and Cerro Cahui which is a Natural Reserve Managed by the University of San Carlos, another point of interest if you want to check out local flora and fauna, though the best place is Tikal. The Restaurant has an excellent service with really pleasant waitresses like Blanca Nieves, who will serve you with a big smile, the restaurant has a nice view of Lake Peten Itza.
