Economical Hotels in Guatemala City

Which hotel in Guatemala City? Why pay $100 a night when you can get a clean room in a quite side street in a small family-operated posada?

Whereas not all rooms have garden views, this snapshot gives you an idea that the owners realize it is important to provide a pleasant atmosphere admist the otherwise urban downtown area outside in the city.
